To help us provide the best possible care for your child during the school day, please notify the school nurse of any medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns that may require support at school.
If your child will need to take medication during the school day, please contact the school nurse before sending any medication to school. The nurse will work with you to review your child's needs and assist you with completing any required forms.
Please Note: New physician orders and medication authorization forms are required at the beginning of each school year.
