A Full Service Community School, funded by the US Department of Education in partnership with Lancaster County Partners for Youth and Clinton Elementary, provides comprehensive academic, social, and health services for students, students’ family members, and community members that will result in improved educational, family, and medical outcomes for all.
Who are our Full Service Partners?
Clinton Elementary: PAX Good Behavior Game, Read Right, and after school remediation program.
CareHealth: Patient support services, screenings, physical exams, and vaccinations.
Counseling Services of Lancaster,
DSS,HOPE, Christian Services: Satellite office space for support services.
The Children’s Council: Parent-Child-Home visitation program for families with 2 and 3 year old children.
Adult Education: adult education and computer labs to conduct basic education, GED services, ESL instruction, workforce development, basic adult remediation, and Read Right instruction.
Hope on the Hill: Use of gymnasium and auditorium for project activities.
Hope Center: Will provide best practice parenting classes along with onsite childcare and transportation.
Palmetto Citizens Against Sexual Assault: Mentoring program.
United Way of Lancaster County: Community garden with dozens of plots, plants/seeds, tools and basic gardening.
